Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Commercial:
• Supplier Panel & VoB : Coordinate with SSU to ensure timely closure with help of PSL1 – Ensure only the vendors who cleared technical sign-off get onboarded

Part development:
• Delivery as per material cost targets & within budgeted investment for bought-out parts
• Delivery of right quality parts as per Project MRD2
• Timely completion of vendor PPAP and handover to SQE & SCM

Other Business decisions:
• Finalize the project budget related to part development. Provide inputs to PFH for business case
• System-level target drill-down : Provide feedback on techno-commercial feasibility to PEH
• Make vs Buy decisions : Timely finalization in line with platform TCP targets
