Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Effective Planning and tracking the vehicle software integration release across different projects. 
Agile sprint planning along with live dashboards for different stakeholders.
Ensuring prioritisation of activities to meet the mutiple project needs 
Timely risk escalation and also quick turnaround on immediate requests.
Collaborate across CFT and align the software release plan along with electrical validation
Decision maker for the vehicle software release to the valdation, vehilcle build and field
Inducting right talent and aligning/mentoring the team towards the project delivery

Experience

15 to 20Years of experience

Qualifications

BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech in ECE/EEE/E & I/Automobile Engineering

General Requirements

Expertise in Driver Display & connectivity domain ( Infotainment, Heads up display,vehicle connectivity(V2X), cyber security, ADAS,
Communication protocol : CAN,LIN, Ethernet, J1939, KWP,UDS,ISO 14229
Communication tools: CANoe, CANalyser, Vehicle Spy, CAN Stress, 
Expertise in handling RF Signal simulations and tool kits - DAB, DRM, GPS, SDARS, AM, FM etc.,
Programming & Modelling skills CAPL, Python, VB, C & C#, Lab view, MATLAB Simulink
Test Management tools CANoe TFS, Visual Studio , ECU Test, Test Stand/ Veristand
Requirement and Defect Management tools: IBM DNG, IBM RTC, JIRA, SVN, Polarion
Working experience with Automated Test environment /Manual Test benches
Automated Test Equipment framework - HIL simulators (dSPACE/NI, Vector VT system/PXI, vision-based test verification etc.,)
Experience in achieving A-SPICE/CMMI Level 5 process compliance 
Know-how on Functional Safety standards and Testing – ISO26262
Experience in embedded programming and scripting 
PMP and ISTQB certifications are recommended
