Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Drive governance and review mechanisms for strategic and operational priorities across the function.
Coordinate business reviews, leadership reviews, technology reviews, and management forums to ensure effective decision-making and execution.
Track and monitor key business metrics, project milestones, product development programs, and organizational objectives.
Partner with functional leaders to ensure alignment, timely escalations, and closure of critical action items.
Prepare executive dashboards, business reports, presentations, and insights for leadership reviews.
Support annual business planning, budget reviews, organization reviews, and workforce planning exercises.
Lead cross-functional coordination between engineering, manufacturing, quality, sourcing, finance, HR, and other support functions.
Drive special projects, transformation initiatives, and strategic interventions with measurable business outcomes.
Monitor risks, dependencies, and execution challenges across key programs and facilitate resolution through stakeholder engagement.
Establish robust tracking mechanisms and governance processes to improve speed, transparency, and accountability.
Support innovation, technology roadmap reviews, capability-building initiatives, and organizational effectiveness programs.
Facilitate external interactions, leadership engagements, customer reviews, and strategic partnerships as required.
Generate actionable insights through data analytics and performance reporting to support informed business decisions.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across business processes and operating mechanisms.
Ensure confidentiality and professional handling of strategic business information and leadership priorities.

Experience

5-10 Years
