Senior Engineer- AT/AMT/DCT

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

'- Fixing the Specifications of TCM H/W & TCM S/W.
- Perform Shift schedule calibration for various control functions of the vehicle
- Understand customer needs/targets and convert into Engineering inputs.
- Sound domain knowledge in the Shift schedule calibration, Integration of IVN & Diagnostics specifications 
- Conduct technical review with suppliers.
- Conversant with Automatic Transmission calibration methodology .
- Prototype development and support for validation.
- Concern resolution and calibration modifications.
- Comprehend technical concerns during development and post SOP and develope alternative solutions.

Experience

1 to 4 years

Industry Preferred

Automotive OEM or 
Tier 1 Supplier (Driveline)

Qualifications

BE (Mechanical, Automobile) 

 

General Requirements

- Auto Enthusiast, Updated with latest trends in Automatic Transmission.
- Networking & ability to work with CFT.
- Good communication skills.
 
- Preparation of transmission inputs for vehicle performance simulations.
 - Benchmarking of Various Control functions of Automatic Transmission
- Integration of electrical & vehicle requirements  for the fix of TCM H/W.
- Integration of IVN & Diagnostic specifications for the fix of TCM S/W
- Strong fundamentals of Shift schedule calibration & Pressure calibration
- Proficient in Shift points calculation
- Knowledge of Engine - Automatic Transmission interface
- Should be able to interpret Shift Schedule problems & Engine - Automatic Transmission interface problems for required  corrective actions
- Ability to Absorb latest Technology and forming basis for up-coming Projects.
