Senior Engineer- Brakes

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1. Brakes & Chassis system design
2.  System Design calculation
3. System design for vehicle dynamics
4. Fasteners calculationBenchmarking and system target cascading
5. DVP and DFMEA preparation
6. Co-ordination with CAE groups for design optimization and co-relation process.Supplier/inhouse drawing approval
7. Technical & Manufacturing feasibility closure with supplierInterfacing with material management team for development of parts
8. Rig testing DVP development to establish durability confidence
9. Development & Field concern root cause analysis and resolution.Working for cost & weight reduction programs
10. Tolerance stack preparation

Experience

3 to 5 years

Industry Preferred

Qualifications

Graduate in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering
