Approval of supplier/inhouse drawing
Technical closure with supplier
Manufacturing feasibiliry with supplier
Assembly feasibility with Axle PU
Interfacing with material management team for development of parts 
Conducting line trials,                                                                   resolving manufacturing line issues.
Understand the field complaints and resolve.
Root cause analysis of development as well as field concerns
Working for cost reduction programs 
Benchmarking of various NonABS/ABS/MLD/LSD axlesystems.
DVP and DFMEA preparedness
Tolerance stack preparation                                                                       Basic design calculation
