Senior Engineer - DHT Design

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

We are seeking a Senior Engineer – Casting Components with strong experience in High Pressure Die Casting (HPDC) for automotive applications. The ideal candidate should be proficient in CAD modelling using NX.

• Design and develop HPDC components (e.g., housings, brackets) using UG-NX
• Should have good understanding of CAE DVPs and capable of independently coordinating with CAE and manufacturing teams during the development.
• Conduct CAD modelling, drawing creation, and tolerance analysis
• Support tooling, prototyping, and supplier interaction

6 to 10 Years

Industry Preferred

Qualifications

BE or ME in Mechanical/ Automobile Engineering

General Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Production Engineering
• 4+ years of experience in automotive HPDC component design
• Proficient in Unigraphics NX and GD&T
• Strong understanding of HPDC process and DFM principle
