Senior Engineer -Design COE EV

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1. Understanding of Energy Storage Systems and Vehicle Electrification.
2. Familiar electrification architectures including EV, HEV, PHEV and SHEV systems
3. Hands-on experience of integration & testing of battery pack with BMS, thermal management, HV systems, EE Components and vehicle architecture
4. Test case writing and test data creation for Battery Pack System Integration test
5. Knowledge in DVP Testing and DFMEA.
6. Expert in analysis of Vehicle level/Pack level data. 
7. Proficiency with CAN Communication and UDS Flashing & diagnostics
8. Hands on experience with VECTOR tools, Canalyzer/Canoe and ETAS INCA.
9. Proficiency in handling the test * Measurement equipments (Power supply, data logger, Oscilloscope, Cycler etc.)
10. Good Analytical and Problem Solving Skills & identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions. 
11. Expert in CAPL Scripting is an added advantage.
