Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

To have detailed knowledge on EV power train system including the base knowledge of EVs and associated systems like DC-DC converter, On board charger, Battery, E motor etc., • To review the circuit for BMS and to have base knowledge on CAN matrix of BMS and to have base knowledge on Diagnostics system management of BMS. • Initiate, Interact with CFT & Lead the design engineering for system integration to realize the required BMS feature with Quality, Cost & Time. • To have experience in System Requirement management tools like Doors, Polarian etc., • Releasing all technical specification based on System requirement to all internal stakeholders & suppliers for components/systems part of Battery Pack Mechanical, Thermal, (LV & HV) E&E. • Interact with vendors during part development activities. • Modelling and simulation using Python and MATLAB-Simulink tools. • Validating the E&E components including BMS, CSC by making proper test cases in both component and vehicle level to give issue free product to customer

Experience

3-6 years - BE/B Tech (Electrical Engineering / Electronics and Communication / Automobile engineering) 

 1-2 years - ME/M Tech (Electrical Engineering / Electronics and Communication / Automobile engineering

Industry Preferred

General Requirements

Basic Knowledge in Software, Calibration SW from Tier 1 ECU suppliers

• Good Vehicle system knowledge and E&E aggregates in the vehicle - EV associated systems like DC-DC converter, On board charger. E motor, HV battery

• Base good knowledge in Vehicle electronics & In Vehicle networking systems - Body control module, ABS/ESP, SRS/Airbag & HMI (Infotainment), Communication protocols like CAN & LIN
