Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Ensure that vehicle level all ECU EOL programs developed with required facility to execute flashing & Diagnostics based on project need and review periodically for implementation.
• Get all required services/activities & data from the ECU owners to make required readiness at manufacturing lines & track the execution.
• Ensure preparation of flashing, Diagnostics applications and required programs readiness and review periodically implementation.
• Ensure the creation of Software programs and Validation Plan for all ECUs in line with Project Milestones.
• Review with Internal as well as external stakeholders for EOL Software deliveries as per project time plan. Internal stakeholders include ECU owner, CME, manufacturing, plant engineering, launch team, PE & project team & EOL suppliers.
• Review and report the Vehicle level EOL activity & Maturity.
• Ensure analysis of interface issues to respective teams during validations of vehicle level / Mfg Plant level and to the ECU owners
• Report the EOL software risks identified limitations (functional/timeline wise) along with mitigation plan.
• Ensure the consolidation, tracking, resolution of the Software Critical Issues arising out of validation during builds.
• Report the timeline status of EOL Software’s in different meetings. Escalate as needed with mitigation plan.
• Ensure that a initial EOL Software is prepared for the Proto vehicles.
• Coordinate and resolve the track the open points for EOL software in Mfg plant for PO/PP/SOP + 90 days (TBD)
