General Requirements

- Team player (Collaborative) - Curious & Ability to learn quickly - Able to interact well with different kind of people (role involves interation with various functions like design, CAE, Metallurgy, testing, plant etc..)

Open to travel based on project need. Candidates who are likely to stay on for long term are preferred. Please ensure CTC is at ~ mid of band.

- Analytcial ability - Knowledge of engine systems - Knowledge of GD&T  - DFMEA - Failure analysis methods (Ishikawa, 8D) - Strength of materials (Failure theories)
