Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
'- Design analysis
- FMEA preparation
- DVP preperation
- Engine build sheet preperation based on project stage
- Build control
- Build & DVP execution quality control
- Failure analysis & closure
- Support to manufaturing plant
- Field issues resolution (support)
Experience
2 - 5 years
Industry Preferred
Auto OEM, Tier 1 supplier
Qualifications
Graduate/PG Engineers (Mechanical or related streams). Diploma Engineers also can be considered based on interveiw.
General Requirements
| - Team player (Collaborative) - Curious & Ability to learn quickly - Able to interact well with different kind of people (role involves interation with various functions like design, CAE, Metallurgy, testing, plant etc..) |
| Open to travel based on project need. Candidates who are likely to stay on for long term are preferred. Please ensure CTC is at ~ mid of band. |
| - Analytcial ability - Knowledge of engine systems - Knowledge of GD&T - DFMEA - Failure analysis methods (Ishikawa, 8D) - Strength of materials (Failure theories) |
