Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1) Meeting RO wise service targets (spare parts etc.)

2) Focusing on enhancing end to end customer experience

3) Manage CC/1000 targets

4) Adopting and executing service actions in a timely manner

5) Managing training schedules & onboarding of dealership manpower etc.

6) Detailed overview across Dealer Manpower availability, training plan for dealership, %age trained, %age certified

7) Maintain Adherance to MRV CI norms, Adopting digital SQ initiatives, availability of necessary tools and equipments, updated diagnostic softwares

Experience

07 to 10 years experience.

Industry Preferred

Automotive OEM

Qualifications

B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech
