Senior Engineer - VES

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Ability to develop, maintain and deliver a test framework across body(BCM), Comfort(HVAC/FATC) and Security(Immobilizer / PKE) domains
Ability to develop a rugged automation test framework - ECU test/ Test stand - (DSPACE/ETAS)HiL
Develop/train and deliver test automation scripts in C#/ Python
Plan for test activities across vehicle platforms for the systems handled
Motivate and Drive the team to rigorously test and deliver reliable softwares for vehicle build
Establish a strong test process and review mechanism pertaining to testing standards
Ability to perform a detailed root cause analysis for the reported vehicle concerns working with internal and external stakeholders

Lead a team for Implementation deployment of use cases in IBM ALM tools: RTC, DNG, RQM
RELM
Administration of databases, Access control, Maintenance and upgrades of systems to newer
versions, etc
Tool customization based on requirements through server side plugins
Handle support requests - provide support to end user queries
OSLC integration - Integrate 3rd party tools with ALM. Example ALM and PLM use cases integration
Generate customized reports using RPE and JRS pertaining to engineering artifacts
Conduct trainings for the use cases deployed

Experience

10 to 12 Years of experience

Industry Preferred

Qualifications

BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech in ECE/ EEE/ E I/ Automobile Engineering
