Senior Lead Engineer - Advanced Engg & Tech

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1. Lead group of engineers and drive for agreed product delivery timeline and cost
2. Be the technical point of contact for all electronics related development
3. Able to derive Hardware Software Interface, Software requirement and Hardware requirements from System requirements
4. Colloborate with cross functional teams from Scope of work finalization till deployment and after sales support.
5. Able to communicate clearly on functional aspects of ECU to vehicle domain experts.
6. Work with external technology partners and get things done as desired

Experience

Experience: 12+ years in Automotive domain and handled atleast 2 product life cycle

Industry Preferred

Qualifications

Education :  BE / ME with major in Electronics / Instrumentation / Electrical from reputed institutes

General Requirements

1. Strong technical expertise in hardware design including microcontrollers, sensors, Actuators, etc
2. Knowledge of EMI/EMC standards, Surge, ESD and Ingress Protection
3. Familiar with Electronics Manufacturing process
4. Experience in embedded software programming languages C / C++ and development tools compiler, debugger
5. Experience in MATLAB-SIMULINK, State Flow/ State Chart, Embedded Coder, etc
6. Experience in communication protocols (CAN, LIN, SPI, etc) and diagnostics protocols UDS – ISO 14229 along with hands on in CAN analysis tools
7. Familiarity with functional safety standards – ISO 26262 / ISO 25119 and its implementation (HARA, DFMEA, concepts in hardware and software)
8. Experience in standards like MISRA, AUTOSAR, OCPP, ISO 15119, FOTA
9. Design and development of products like Telematics, Body Control Module, BMS, MCU, Vehicle Control Unit, etc
10. Familiar with wireless communication module like GSM, Bluetooth, etc
11. Experience in ASPICE is added advantage
