Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Good knowledge in GD & T and Tolerance stack-up analysis.
•   Checking the appearance and Functional requirements of the vehicles.
•   Executing dimensional variation Analysis for Interior and exterior trims, IP & Console, Power train and Exhaust systems.
•   Ensuring proper Gap and Flush at different interfaces of the vehicles.
•   Providing DVA results and recommendations to the Product design and body construction teams wherever required.
•   Performing SAG analysis on BIW components using locating strategy.
• Plan and execute design strategies that minimize the implementation on cycle time and cost.
• Perform What if analysis on attachment and clearance studies on various strategies and highlight the design concerns and drive the issues through cross functional team.
• Document and communicate ideas and results internally across diverse teams to collaboratively accomplish cross-functional goals.
