Major Role deliverables

System level concept / package feasibility study for Underbody or Upper body.
Upper body Surface development from Master section.
Co-ordinate with System COE / CFT and enable early involvement for concept design.
Physical prototyping and support for Mule buck
Delivery of set targets

Evaluation of CAS manufacturing feasibility inputs
Timely inputs for CAS execution strategy (Master section / package)
Benchmark data collection and verification.
CAE evaluation and feasibility study confirmation.
Underbody / Upper body system requirement engineering.
Collaborate with system engineering and COE team for concept CAD development (drafts / tooling direction / Mounting scheme / Split line)
Multiple concept generation and process enabling at early-stage program.
Early engineering feasibility inputs study and closer from CFT / supplier.
