Sr Engineer - Body Integrated Systems

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Knowledge of complete new product development.
• Should have Knowledge of tractor cabin / vehicle systems and its applications.
• Functional understanding & experience in designing the parts for tractor.
• Design experience of Sheetmetal, Plastic/Trims, Rubbers parts etc.
• Knowledge of design, testing and validation of tractor Cabin.
• Expertise in UG NX & Team Centre Engineering
• Knowledge & should have worked in 1 complete project with design tools like DFMEA, DFM,DFA, DFS & GD&T
• knowledge of manufacturing process of sheet metal, Rubber and plastic parts.
• 3-D layout preparation, 2-D drawing preperation.
• Review & monitoring techincal documnets like vitrual simualtion, Standards & homologation requirments to meet the design spec's.
• Understanding Assembly and Serviceability requirement in tractor.

Experience

5-6 years with relevant experience in sheetmetal, plastic and rubber parts design & development.

Industry Preferred

Tractor / Automotive

Qualifications

B.E /B. Tech in Automotive/Mechanical

General Requirements

• Self driven and result oriented
• Quick learner
• Presentation skills
• Innovative & CAB mindset

• Should have good analytical skill while analyzing technical data / information
• knowledge of Tractor systems & its functionality
• Good knowledge of MS-Office utilities like: Word, Power point, Excel.

Expert in Sheet metal, plastic and Rubber part design and development.
Expertise in UG- NX software and surface modelling.
