Functional Competencies / Skills critical for the job

1. Understand product life cycles of Evs
2.Knowledge on Different types of Lithium ion Battery cells, Modules and pack.
3. Co orelate field issues to validation and DVP
4. Derive validation test cases related to Evs
5. Good knowledge on vehicle systems of Evs
6. Identify new failure modes in design 
7. Connect DVPs to life cycle including End of life
8. Proven experience on Battery Testing with Battery Cycler equipment like AVL, Arbin, Bitrode etc. and their use in appropriate applications
9.Work with other test engineers and technicians to execute battery performance testing, Electrical Tests, mechanical Tests, Safety Tests using cycler/equipment’s and provide accurate result reports.
10.Knowledge on Battery Automotive Standards ISO12405,UN38.3,AIS 038, AIS048, AIS152, UL,SAEJ2664,IEC 62660,GB/T etc.
11.Knowledge on various types of measurement equipment to test batteries and cells.
12.Root cause analysis, 8D preparation
13.Relies on data to justify technical decisions and ability to clearly explain technical issues and Strong Willingness to take ownership and drive results
