Sr. Engineer -Electrical & Electronics

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

a) Desired Competency on E&E System component design, Integration, application on vehicle level preferable from Automotive/ Farm Background only
b) Detailed design domain expertise on electrical systems like Electrical Distibution System ( Knowledge on Cap- H, Logic design, Hardware selection), ..
c) Develop and implement new designs using Capital XC, Circuit Designing, Logic Design, Wiring Harness, Cable Harness, Schematic, Simulation, and Graphics tools.
d) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches.
e) Contribute to the development of engineering standards and best practices.
f) Hands on experience on Common rail system integration also bringing out some cost effective solution thro IMCR/VAVE activities.
g) Knowledge on Field failure & analysis: Analysing on field reported concerns and giving solution to reduce/eliminate it and also capturing that particular issue in upcoming products.
h) Should have knowledge on working of BOM details of components
i) Should have wiring harness design manufacturing knowledge
j) Have good presentation skills
k) Willing to travel to plant for electrical trouble shooting.

Experience

5-6 years

Industry Preferred

Any other  Automotive / Farm Equipment OEM.

Qualifications

BE/B Tech Electrical Engineering
BE/B Tech Electrical and Electronics  Engineeing

General Requirements

Interfacing with all inter dept teams  from start to end of project to ensure First Time Right 
Good knowledge on systems like design review’s/ DFMEA’s             
Specialized, Technical  Good knowledge on vehicle electrical system and interfacing parts.             
Manufacturing of E&E aggregates
Maintaining quality level tragets as per agreement
