Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

- Engine emission hardware selection (FIE System , EATS System) and  Combustion Development 

- Engine calibration to meet performance & emission targets considering TREM-4, Stage-5 & Tier-4 Emission Norms. 

- Vehicle calibration to meet Drivability & Noise Targets 

- Conduct/formulate the required DoE(Design of experiments)

- DPF calibration - Passive, Active Regeneration

- DPF Soot Modelling, Delta pressure Modelling

- Knowledge on DSM,NCD,PCD for Stage-5, Tier-4 & TREM-4 Emission Norms.

- Experience of dedicated data evaluation tools such as ETAs INCA, AVL Concerto, CAMEO

Industry Preferred

Automotive, FIE supplier or Engine development consultrancies

Qualifications

General Requirements

CRS calibration with Bosch/Delphi softwares 
EMS/functionality skills
Problem trouble shooting and root cause investigation
Underatanding of tractor operations and applications
