4. Able to Create and maintain the information architecture
5. Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures
6. Excellent written skills in English
7. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Offices Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended purpose Preparation of technical documents and release it through the system Understanding customer usage and preparation of the technical write-up to meet the same
