Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Key Tasks and Deliverables:
- Define and execute enterprise-wide digital transformation strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead end-to-end transformation programs across business units, ensuring scalable deployment of digital platforms and advanced technologies (AI/GenAI, IoT, cloud).
- Institutionalize digital-first operating models and promote a data-driven decision-making culture.
- Drive measurable business outcomes including cost optimization, efficiency gains, enhanced customer experience, and revenue enablement.
- Establish governance frameworks, program management excellence, and risk mitigation strategies for digital initiatives.
- Lead change management efforts to ensure adoption, capability building, and cultural transformation towards innovation and agility.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and external partners to influence digital strategy and execution.
Critical Must-Have Deliverables:
- Operationalized enterprise digital transformation roadmap with clear milestones and KPIs.
- Successful deployment and scaling of enterprise digital platforms (data lakes, analytics ecosystems, CRM, automation tools).
- Measurable value realization through defined ROI frameworks and business KPIs.
- Robust governance and risk management frameworks ensuring compliance with IT standards, cybersecurity, and data privacy.
- High adoption rates of digital tools and platforms across business units.
- Effective leadership and mentoring of digital transformation teams.
Experience
15-22 yrs.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology.
- MBA or postgraduate qualification in Business, Strategy, Digital Transformation, or related fields (preferred).
