Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Key Tasks and Deliverables:

Define and execute enterprise-wide digital transformation strategy aligned with organizational goals.
Lead end-to-end transformation programs across business units, ensuring scalable deployment of digital platforms and advanced technologies (AI/GenAI, IoT, cloud).
Institutionalize digital-first operating models and promote a data-driven decision-making culture.
Drive measurable business outcomes including cost optimization, efficiency gains, enhanced customer experience, and revenue enablement.
Establish governance frameworks, program management excellence, and risk mitigation strategies for digital initiatives.
Lead change management efforts to ensure adoption, capability building, and cultural transformation towards innovation and agility.
Collaborate with senior leadership and external partners to influence digital strategy and execution.

Critical Must-Have Deliverables:

Operationalized enterprise digital transformation roadmap with clear milestones and KPIs.
Successful deployment and scaling of enterprise digital platforms (data lakes, analytics ecosystems, CRM, automation tools).
Measurable value realization through defined ROI frameworks and business KPIs.
Robust governance and risk management frameworks ensuring compliance with IT standards, cybersecurity, and data privacy.
High adoption rates of digital tools and platforms across business units.
Effective leadership and mentoring of digital transformation teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology.
MBA or postgraduate qualification in Business, Strategy, Digital Transformation, or related fields (preferred).
