Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Own the delivery to CPH/ Platform on behalf of Technical team.

Ensure System level TCP and FI Targets – Trade off with respective stake holders.

Support of L3 & L4 Plan conclusion 

Feature & PDB finalization

Technical alignment between Platform and System Engineering for Electrical Architecture, Packaging & interface, Issue resolution, TKO & Software Reliability.

Product Development response – Build & Validation

Product Evaluations close lopping – Quality, PQ, RGA

Product RISK and escalation for decision matrix 

Support - Freezing program content and ensure Scope management.

Ensure required resources to support Products heads to deliver to respective platforms.

High level of Collaboration with Sourcing and Mfg. team for the system compliance and effectiveness

Standardization - Within projects & Within Platforms & Ensure Common process across VES.

Maintain Platform delivery and guide Internal Customer value chain within VES

Provide guidance and mentorship to team members and work with suppliers and other stake holders to ensure that the needs expectations are met

Upkeep with market trends in new technologies in their respective Systems.

Experience

19 – 23 yrs of relevant development/ delivery experience in Electronics/ Electricals Organization, E&E delivery roles in OEM.

Industry Preferred

• Tier 1 Tech Orgs like Bosch, Visteon, Harman
• OEMs like MBRDI, RNTBC, Tata Motors
• Tech Startups

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical & Electronics Engineering
• MBA
