Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership and Development:

Driving scrum teams, scheduling, and manage workflow to meet the deliverables for the Products.
Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) for quality and efficiency.
Identifying risks and contribute to proactive problem resolution.
Hiring, onboarding, and training new employees.
Providing regular feedback, mentoring, and coaching to improve performance.
Motivating employees to meet and exceed performance targets and fostering a positive work environment.

Strategic Alignment and Communication:

Translating organizational goals into actionable, daily plans for the team.
Communicating company strategies, changes, and updates to employees.

Other Execution focus:

Managing resources, including tools, equipment etc
Ensuring compliance with company policies, safety, and industry regulations

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or related field.
12-15 years of experience including experience in leading HMI development for automotive systems.
Proficiency in C++, Qt/QML, and Java/Kotlin.
Strong experience with Android Automotive OS (AAOS) and QNX Neutrino RTOS.
Familiarity with Adaptive AUTOSAR architecture and integration.
Experience with UI/UX tools such as Qt, Kanzi, and Unreal Engine.
Understanding of embedded systems, real-time OS and performance optimization.
Knowledge of automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet).
Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD, and Agile development.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with AOSP customization and Android HAL development.
Exposure to graphics rendering techniques, animations, 3D graphics principles and GPU optimization.
Familiarity with SoCs from Qualcomm, Renesas, or NXP.
Knowledge of cybersecurity standards (ISO/SAE 21434).

Automotive domain knowledge.
