- Oversee full-spectrum Hub and C2C operations within the designated region, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and operational excellence.
- Collaborate closely with Territory Managers (TMs) to set ambitious yet achievable state-level business goals, monitoring progress and instituting corrective actions as required to meet targets.
- Drive expansion initiatives by identifying and cultivating new network opportunities aimed at enhancing revenue streams and market presence.
- Conceptualise and implement innovative service offerings and promotional campaigns designed to maximise order volume and elevate overall profitability.
- Proactively identify emerging business avenues and industry trends to maintain competitive advantage and foster sustainable growth.
- Oversee comprehensive management of Management Information Systems (MIS), including data collation, analysis, forecasting, and interpretation to inform strategic decisions and operational adjustments.
- Strategically allocate resources, particularly assessing and deploying Territory Managers based on their strengths and development needs, to optimise efficiency and output.
- Lead capability-building initiatives for team members, focusing on performance enhancement and professional development to build a resilient, high-performing workforce.
- Ensure operational compliance with organisational policies and regulatory frameworks, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and accountability.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior leadership, summarising operational performance, challenges, and strategic recommendations.
Experience
Applicants should possess between 3 to 7 years of demonstrable experience in operations management, preferably within the public affairs, automotive, agriculture, or related sectors. Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams, driving business growth, and handling large-scale operational responsibilities is highly desirable. Proven abilities in resource allocation, data analysis, and team development underpin success in this role. Prior exposure to strategic planning and working within cross-functional environments will be advantageous.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Agriculture (BSc Ag), Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related technical fields is required to ensure solid foundational knowledge applicable to the business domain.
- A Master of Business Administration (MBA) is highly preferred to provide advanced skills in strategic management, business operations, and leadership.
- Additional certifications or training in data analytics, project management, or leadership development will be regarded favourably.
- Commitment to continuous professional learning and development is expected to keep pace with industry advancements and organisational goals.
