Territory Manager-Bazaar Sales-Delhi & Haryana

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Key Result Areas: -
• Ensure profitable revenue growth in the designated territory through effective implementation of Company Sales Strategy through the Distributors (Dbs.)
• Preparing Distributor Business Plan Setting distributor wise, sector wise sales targets with the Db principals and their sales team
• Robust reviewing with Db and sales team to provide direction, guidance to excel.
• Coordinating with marketing on field activation, special interventions to improve market share.
• Implementation of Newly introduced Parts business in the field
• Gain and maintain expertise in the product, market, and business trends.
• Identify white spaces for specific product / lines and create communication/ awareness drives to improve the same.
Scope & Dimension of Job: -
• Training of Sales team of M&M and DB sales personnel and develop a team of competent Mahindra MSRs, DSRs
• Drive the organization initiatives with execution excellence.
• Improve the territory coverage through mapping of Territory and identify the grey spaces and prepare a business case to appoint new distributors as per Market potential and requirement.
• Field visits to retailers and mechanics to promote Mahindra Genuine Spares, Oil, and other products.
• Ensure compliance to norms and processes set by the organization and ensure the same being followed with each of the Dbs.
• Organizing Field activities, storming campaigns, promotional meets etc. in operation to drive the Secondary Sales and create pull for our Products.
• Identify and appoint Exclusive Retail Stores for Mahindra Genuine Spares in key markets, hand hold them, improve foot falls, and monitor their performance.
• Review Mahindra contract sales team on key parameters of mechanical connect, loyalty program effectiveness, training, market development, etc
• Address problems/ complaints of Distributors by providing timely resolution.
• To work with Zonal Spares Manager, Area Office, Spares team in zone & Warehouse/ CFA to ensure goals and objectives set for Territory are met.

Engineering Graduate (Mechanical/ Production) + MBA (preferred)
