Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Business Plan projections and budgeting
•    Drive the business plan of the Product Development Projects
•    Budgeting top down and bottom up and stretch wherever there is opportunity
•    Revision of Budget (Forecast) every quarter basis actual performance
Operational deliverables and control
•    Understand each product development projects in entirety
•    Release budget spend of product development projects, ensuring no overrun
•    Monthly Revenue Recognition as per accounting standard IND-AS 115
•    Co-ordinate with Program managers on the progress of project & capturing of actual spend & forecast spend for the balance project duration
•    Support on external (Statutory & ICFR Audit) & internal audit
•    Overall cost control within budget / cost optimization / operations expenses control
•    Participate on product development agreement draft along with Business Development & Legal team. Ensure agreements captures all necessary clauses to comply with accounting standard
•    Inventory Management relation to product development projects
Financial reporting
•    Prepare & review monthly Profit & Loss Statement, provide analysis of deviation from budget / plan / forecast
•    Publish monthly / quarterly financial
•    Prepare structured reporting for various business users


2-5 years

Industry Preferred

•    IT / Technology industry (Financial Planning & Analysis) experience. Person having Project Accounting experience

SAP Knowledge is a must
