Deputy Manager - Maintenance

 Roles and Responsiblities :

• Will be responsible for preventive, predictive & breakdown maintenance of sheet metal equipment’s, CNC machines, Assembly Jigs, equipment’s & Utilities.
• Training and supervising technicians, mechanics, plumbers, and other skilled trades.
• Liaising with client departments and customers.
• Maintenance of tools, spares & consumables.
• Monitoring and controlling maintenance costs.
• Participation in Negotiation and overseeing contracts. 
• Authorizing, delegating and following-up with maintenance work-orders.
• Ensuring safety of machines & equipment’s.
• Kaizen implementation.
• One-point lessons to improve equipment availability.
• Co-ordinate for ISO & AS pertaining to maintenance function.

Eductaion & Experince :

•   B-tech with ten years experince/ Diploma in Electrical/Instrumentation with 15 Years experince.

Special Skills :

• Awareness and knowledge ISO-140001, ISO-45001, AS-9100, IE Rules 1956 CEA, Factories Act 1948 regulations.
• Heat Treatment and Surface Treatment process of Aerospace Industry.
• Utility, ELetrical and PLC Hands on experince.
