Deputy Manager - Quality

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Deputy Manager/Manager – QMS to manage and strengthen our Quality Management System in line with AS9100, AS13100, and customer-specific aerospace standards. The role involves driving compliance, audits, documentation control, and continuous improvement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance QMS as per AS9100D and aerospace customer requirements.
• Lead internal audits, support external audits, and ensure timely closure of findings.
• Drive CAPA, root cause analysis, and systemic improvements.
• DPD/MBD compliance, and configuration management.
• Ensure document control, change management, and process adherence.
• Conduct training on QMS, product safety, and compliance topics.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams for quality initiatives.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of AS9100D, AS13100, AS9102, and aerospace QMS practices.
• Experience in audits, CAPA, FMEA, QMS documentation, and risk management.
• Understanding of aerospace manufacturing processes (CNC machining, sheet metal, special processes).
• Good communication, analytical thinking, and cross-functional coordination skills.

Experience: 10 - 14 years
Qualification: B.E./ B.Tech – Mechanical / Aerospace

Industry Preference: Aerospace
