Responsibilities:
1)Having experience in people management, Day-today work allocation & Monitoring, setting up schedules, cycle time reduction, implement best practices to achieve optimum productivity.
2)Considerable knowledge on structural jigs / fixture and selection of hand tools, cutting tools required for assembly process.
3)Study of manufacturing process sheets, customer drawings and relevant specifications & standards. Liaison & co-ordinate with production supporting departments to obtain necessary information to resolve technical queries raised in shop floor.
4)Responsible for Man hour estimation, Time study, Line balancing and considerable knowledge on Estimation and Costing.
5)Good knowledge on aerospace standards AS 9100 / QMS 9001:2008, EHS 14001:2004.
6)Should have working knowledge on ERP systems(SAP-PP Module). |

Domain/process Knowledge:
1) Experienced in interpreting Aero-structural drawings, understanding build to-print concepts and applying knowledge while manufacturing the aircraft parts/Assemblies
2) Knowledge on process like drilling, reaming, countersinking, dimpling, trimming, spot facing.
3) Know the concepts of installation, Alignment, riveting de-riveting and assembling of the parts
Also, operations which make use of special aerospace fasteners like Hi-lok, Hi-lite, anchor-nuts, blind rivets, NAS (National Aerospace Standard) fasteners, MS (Military Standard) fasteners, etc.
5) Knowledge on application of fay surface sealants, aerodynamic sealant, and fillet sealing processes…etc
6) Should know process knowledge on fastening bolts, torquing requirements, and usage of torque wrenches.

Required Qualification:
Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical/ Automobile Engg/Industrial & Production Engg/Aeronautical Engg.
Experience :
12-15 years in the releavant Job profile
Desired Competancies:
- Well versed with Lean concepts
- Should know ERP (SAP) Production Module
