Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Responsible for data analytics and driving data driven insights through the organization.Primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to CEO.Responsible for neutral KPI reporting for all functional teams to CEO at pre defined and pre agreed intervals.Provideholisticview of metrics to be tracked for all functional teams and highlight concerns to CEO.Facilitate escalation meetings with all stakeholders and CEO as applicable.SinglePoint of Contact for all CEO /SBU presentations and SBU reporting to Senior Leadership team.Develop dashboards and reports for differentfunctional teams to drive overall business and operational excellence.Drive IT implementation to ensure all metrics aresystem driven.Work with functional teams to gather data requirements.Identify short term strategic projects that can be taken up in conjunction with CEO.Responsible for driving and executing strategic projects for the firm as per the requirement.Driving internal process efficiencies and defining SLAs guaranteed by stakeholders.Fostering an organizational culture to promote continuous improvement
