Engineer - PPC
IN
1. Develop master production plans based on sales forecasts, customer orders, and capacity availability
2. Create monthly, weekly, and daily production schedules to meet delivery timelines
3. Align production priorities based on changing customer requirements
4. Monitor plan vs. actual and take corrective actions proactively
5. Analyze production bottlenecks, downtime, and capacity constraints
6. Act as a key interface between Sales, Production, Quality, Stores, and Procurement
7. Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to planning accuracy and throughput
8. Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials and bought‑out parts
9. Maintain optimal inventory levels (RM, WIP, FG) to minimize carrying costs
10. Track material shortages and expedite critical items
11. Lead, mentor, and develop PPC team members
12. Support Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and cost reduction initiatives
13. Know how to prepar prepare and present MIS reports
14. Strong knowledge of MRP/ERP systems (SAP S4-HANA), and Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting, and data analysis
15. Good understanding of manufacturing processes and capacity planning
16. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Qualification: BE Mechanical, Diploma
Experience:- 5- 10years
