Roles and responsibilities

1. L3 IT Helpdesk for Desktop, Laptop, Printer, Plotter, Scanner
2. L2 Support Network : Passive cabling
3. L1 Support for Network Switch, Wireless, ISP
4. IT Inventory and Stock Management
5. L1 OT Network Basic knowledge
6. Application: MS Office, Outlook, MS Teams, VPN, Antivirus, DLP etc.
7. Basic troubleshooting of LAN/WAN issues. Support Wi-Fi access, VPN connectivity, proxy configurations.
8. Coordinate with network engineers for major issues.
9. Preventive maintenance
10. L1 Support Application : CAD/CAM, licensing on server, assigning license to users, monitoring usage
11. Windows OS installation, Imaging of OS
12. Knowledge of CCTV, Access control
13. IT Audits and compliance

Experience: 3 to 6 years

Qualification: Diploma / BSc / BCA / BE in Computer Science
