Roles and responsibilities
- L3 IT Helpdesk for Desktop, Laptop, Printer, Plotter, Scanner
- L2 Support Network : Passive cabling
- L1 Support for Network Switch, Wireless, ISP
- IT Inventory and Stock Management
- L1 OT Network Basic knowledge
- Application: MS Office, Outlook, MS Teams, VPN, Antivirus, DLP etc.
- Basic troubleshooting of LAN/WAN issues. Support Wi-Fi access, VPN connectivity, proxy configurations.
- Coordinate with network engineers for major issues.
- Preventive maintenance
- L1 Support Application : CAD/CAM, licensing on server, assigning license to users, monitoring usage
- Windows OS installation, Imaging of OS
- Knowledge of CCTV, Access control
- IT Audits and compliance
Experience: 3 to 6 years
Qualification: Diploma / BSc / BCA / BE in Computer Science
