Key Responsibilities

1. Create and Manage BOMs:
• Develop and maintain detailed and accurate BOMs for various products.
• Update BOMs in response to design changes, production variations, and new product introductions.
2. Coordinate with Engineering and Production Teams:
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure accurate interpretation of design and material specifications.
• Liaise with production departments to ensure seamless material availability and minimize production delays.
3. Data Management:
• Utilize SAP system
•  to manage BOM data.
• Ensure all BOM-related information is correctly inputted and updated in company databases.
4. Quality Assurance:
• Verify BOMs for accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct regular audits of BOMs to ensure they meet company standards and compliance regulations.
5. Documentation and Reporting:
• Generate reports on material usage, shortages, and surplus.
• Prepare documentation to support procurement and inventory management.
