Roles & Responsibilities

• Experience in Aerospace Sheet Metal Tool Design.
• Design and development of Form Blocks, Hand Form Blocks, Press Tools, Milling Fixtures, and Checking Fixtures.
• Proficient in CATIA V5 for tooling design and 3D modeling.
• Expertise in Loft Creation and surface-based modeling for tooling components.
• Strong knowledge of tooling materials and their application in aerospace manufacturing.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and apply GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) principles.

Qualification. BE in Mechanical
