Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

The position holder will look after the overall project execution of the solar power system at various sites ensuring timely delivery along with meeting quality standards and cost effectiveness.   
•      Lead Solar Project Construction cycle starting from material receipts at site to final handover.                     
·       Internal coordination with Engineering, Procurement, QA, Commercial and HSE departments  for smooth execution at the site.                    
·       Compilation & implementation of customized construction                    
·       Review & Monitor Construction progress & provide guidance for effective implementation.                    
·       Should be able to ensure monthly revenue/invoicing plan as per the project milestone and coordinate with customers for Collections.                    
·       Review Project Risks, approve & monitor effective implementation of mitigation measures.                    
·       Monitor Construction Quality and Safety (HSE) reports, review analysis and approve corrective actions and monitor effective implementation                    
·       Co-ordinate with various sub-contractors to ensure completion of work as per time, quality and schedule.                    
·       Should be aware about statutory/regulatory approvals & timeline required for project commissioning in nutshell.                    
·       Set weekly and monthly targets for sub contractors                    
·       Liaise with third-party contractors, vendors, channel partners, inspection agencies and statutory bodies.                    

Experience

·  Experience of 5+ years in execution of rooftop as well as ground mount projects

·  B. Tech / BE (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical)
