Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Reduction in Warranty RPT (Repairs per 1000), Warranty CPU (Cost Per Unit), Unscheduled Visit & Walk home RPT by resolving the top field failure using structured resolution process.
- Act as the plant PVT SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for Customer Care for resolving product quality concerns in field. Ensure Speedy & time bound closure of emerging concerns & immobilization concerns.
- Collaborate & Drive improvement project with Design Team, Manufacturing Quality & Supplier quality for taking timely action for closure of field concerns.
- Compilation and timely updation of lessons learnt from similar product families. Ensuring same are implemented for new product development as input for prevention of known issues.
- Conduct Reliability Growth Analysis (RGA) for newly developed vehicles under Real world usage Pattern and ensuring closure of identified issues before launch of vehicle.
- Assess & mitigate risks associated with critical engineering changes in parts/aggregates from a field perspective and take appropriate actions like delta validation, seeding batches, etc.
- Conducting Field / Dealer visit for identifying early alarms in field, gather customer feedback and ensuring training to dealer team for upskilling.
- Review and timely publish model dashboard for management review and highlighting key quality risks and warranty trends. Feedback to senior management on Warranty and escalation for something going wrong in plant and at field impacting product quality.
