Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Good analytical capabilities with containment strategy to ensure field concerns are acted upon quickly and permanently.

Warranty data analysis from Qlik view server on weekly basis and monthly basis and publish the report with in team and to external commodities as and when required.

Good knowledge on vehicle electrical and electronic architecture and electrical component functionality for analysing and troubleshooting of field related complaints under warranty.

Consolidate the EC/SCR and Master list of concerns which are reported by CC through warranty and take up with suppliers to resolve the concerns.

Electrical component related concerns in field to be studied and take up with supplier/Design/Process for its improvement. 

Reduction in R/1000 & CPU through proper analysis of external / internal complaints.

Qualifications

BE Electrical OR  Electronics / DEE in Electrical OR Electronics 

General Requirements

Knowledge in SAP system , Excell, Word &  Power point.
