Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
1. Well Knowledge In Development of Process and Product for Sheet metal Stamping Parts, Robotic Weld line, development of aggregates like Cargo assy, Frame Assy, Cabin Assy etc
2. Expertise in Product development activities involving Component Development, Plant Engineering, Assy Line Lay outing, Tack & Most calculation, Line Balancing Through Cycle time, Material Handling Planning & Approval, Development of new sources (Suppliers selection), Monitoring & Project Coordination and Procurement of materials from sources.
3. RFQ, Process Sign-off, Quote Synthesis, Commericals / VOB, APQP, PR/PO/Schedules, Packaging, Time line monitoring, Development Tracking, Producitonisation, Concern clossures and Co-ordination with Plant team.

Qualifications
B.Tech / Diploma in Tool Design / Specilisation in Project Management
General Requirements
- Techno Commercial discussions, Project Execution as per Time line.
- FTG Estimation, Line Lay outing of New Project & Capacity work out.
- Sound Knowledge of Catia, forming Suite, Material Flow analysis etc
- Installation of new project in Plant with all activity.
- Increase Productivity with the help of tact time study.
- Daily/Weekly/Monthly MIS monitoring & Timely escalations
- Knowledge on Proto parts Tools & Fixtures Development
- Knowledge of Sheet metal stamping, Fabrication, PT & CED and Painting.
