  • Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.( Product Wise Planning)
  • Ensure material availability by coordinating with procurement and stores to avoid line stoppages.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor production plans in alignment with business targets, customer requirements, and capacity.
  • Analyse demand forecasts vs. actual production and adjust plans accordingly.
  • Monitor manpower, machine, and resource utilization for optimal efficiency.
  • Track WIP (Work-in-Progress) and take corrective actions to meet delivery commitments.
  • Drive continuous improvement projects in planning processes and production efficiency.
  • Prepare and present MIS reports (production performance, planning vs. actual, capacity utilization, etc.).
  • Excel ,ERP system knowledge ,ISO/TS: 16949:2004 & ISO 14001 & OHSAS18001 & IATF 16949:2016 .
