Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Lead strategic network planning to develop a scalable and high-uptime EV charging infrastructure across target regions, focusing on sustainable growth and innovation.
- Scout and evaluate high-demand locations through comprehensive data-led feasibility studies, including site visits and load analysis, ensuring strategic alignment with business goals.
- Drive commercial negotiations and secure long-term agreements with property owners, shopping malls, Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs), and fleet operators, fostering strong partnerships for mutual benefits.
- Collaborate closely with legal, finance, and compliance teams to ensure seamless execution of agreements, maintaining a transparent and ethical approach to business dealings.
- Oversee strict adherence to regulatory norms, safety standards, and statutory approvals for site readiness and operations, prioritising safety and compliance at all levels.
- Manage vendor coordination for timely and quality execution of installation and commissioning of EV charging stations, ensuring that project deliverables meet or exceed expectations.
- Drive localized below-the-line (BTL) marketing campaigns to enhance charger visibility, utilization, and customer engagement in both B2B and B2C segments, working towards building brand loyalty.
- Maintain Management Information System (MIS) dashboards to monitor site pipeline, installation status, and performance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), enabling data-driven decision-making.
- Engage with cross-functional teams to innovate and implement best practices in business development, constantly striving to elevate the company's market position.
