| Position Description | Work closely with Head of the Sales for Seeds BU in driving business planning activity. | |
| Responsibilities & Key Deliverables | Support Sales Business plan for Seeds business. | |
| Play active role in driving business critical interventions and make sure that they are on track. | ||
| Research and identify new business prospectus within Seeds business unit - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets. | ||
| Continuous monitoring of business processes and systems for reviews with top management etc | ||
| Plan, Coordinate & Execute the Seeds business meeting / Calls and ensure smooth execution of Monthly Periodic Reviews of the business by the team | ||
| Streamline & standardize reports required for Sales function. Benchmark business processes of other relevant Seeds companies and undertake improvement in current processes | ||
| Organize collection of market intelligence for seed industry through systematic collection and analysis of data, statistics and information from the field and use the same to recommend and/or redesign strategy to meet competition | ||
| Manage end to end digital planning associated with sales leverage including product content development, media planning and business analytics. | ||
| Execute online and Marketing campaign to leverage product brand. | ||
| To work with cross functional teams Commercials, Finance and Operations, Productions to ensure end-to-end seamless operations | ||
| Conduct sales analysis to identify areas / stakeholders to be focused upon for driving business growth | ||
| Publish monthly dashboard, identifying areas of improvement. | ||
| Ensure all agreements & certifications are renewed timely. Ensure compliance is adhered in all our conduct / interactions. Ensure that business is conducted in line with Companys policies, ethical practices, Vision, Mission and Core Values. | ||
