Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Custodian of Assets ,Accountability & Responsibility of BG.PDC, BC & NOC handling & Accountibility of Vendor payment booking /Reimburesement of employees expenses /Responsible for entire Commercial operations of the AO/State.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE ROLE
'Billing and Collection Management:
Arrangement of BDRC Plan in consultation with Sales Team
Validation of Incentive Plan and Provisioning in month end
Preparation of payouts and follow up for the credit notes
FIMP business B&C also done along with FTRA for release of orders
Spares parts business
Credit and Receivables Management
Driving Credit Policy as per the category of dealer Green/ Yellow/ Red
Ensuring conversion of Red to Yellow and Yellow to Green dealers
Arranging TCL based on the expected billing and collection
Source-wise collection planning done and review / achievement as per plan
BG validation
Monitoring and ensuring collection of OS > 45 days
Ensuring GWC norms and fund induction of low and negative PFS dealers is followed up
BG Enhancement and BG renewal on time.
Balance Confirmations from dealers Monthly
NDC without condition from dealers Quarterly
Expense Management+A6
Area Office Vendor Bills Processing like Housekeeping, Security Charges, R&M of Capital Vehicles, R&M of Office Equipment other than IT Assets.
Clearance of Travelling Expenses of Permanent and OTP Staff
Processing the Incentive Payouts / Price Support & A&SP related Expenses
Cost reduction initiative implemented – Corrective action taken wherever over spends
'Stockyard Management
Liquidation of Ageing tractors
Clearance of Secondary Stockyard on timely basis
Coordinating with dealer to arrangement of Trade Plates for transportation of stock
Stock verification Monthly
Coordinating with MLL / Dealer / Transporter for dispatches of tractors
Sales Tax & GST Mismatch
Coordinating with GST and dealer in reconciling the GSTR
Follow up with dealers for GST mismatch
Issue of necessary Forms ( C & F Forms)
Submission of details for closure of Assessments till pre-GST.
Legacy issues of Sales Tax – Assessments, Appeals etc.
Statutory Compliance
Ensuring Compliance Certification every Quarterly
Education Qualification
B.COM/M.COM/MBA Finance/CA inter/ICWA Inter
General Experience
Minimum 5 years to 10 years of experience in Commercial operations
Critical Experience
'Good expetise on working on ERP Sap /Good knowledge of Excel etc….
'Should be Collabrative & Agile.
