Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

The incumbent will oversee Spare Parts & Oil business growth in the assigned territory with a focus on profitability and implementation of the company's service strategy through authorized channels (dealers and other networks). Key responsibilities include:

  1. Revenue Growth & Planning: Develop a Spare Parts & Oil Business Plan, set sales targets for dealerships and offices, and coordinate with principals and service teams for effective execution.
  2. Dealer Management: Conduct reviews with key dealerships and service teams to provide direction and guidance for performance improvement.
  3. Field Coordination: Work with Area Office teams on activations and interventions to boost dealership revenue, including field visits to promote Mahindra Genuine Spares and Oil.
  4. Training & Team Development: Train service teams and Tech Masters personnel to enhance service quality and execution efficiency. Build competent teams to meet customer needs effectively.
  5. Territory Expansion: Map the territory to identify gaps and create business cases for appointing new channels (MASP/DSP/Branch) per market potential.
  6. Compliance & Process Adherence: Ensure dealers follow organizational norms and processes.
  7. Promotional Activities: Organize field activities, campaigns, and promotional meets to drive primary and secondary sales through Tech Masters and increase product demand.
  8. Network Development: Identify, appoint, and monitor exclusive MASP/Tech Master networks for Mahindra Genuine Spares in key markets, ensuring stock rotation and performance tracking.
  9. Customer Issue Resolution: Address dealer/MASP complaints regarding spare parts and ensure timely resolutions.
  10. Collaboration: Work closely with Zonal Customer Care Manager, Area Office, Customer Care Team, and Warehouse/CFA to achieve territory goals.

This approach focuses on driving sales, ensuring compliance, resolving issues, expanding the network, and fostering customer satisfaction through efficient execution of organizational initiatives.

B.E. / Diploma

 

General Experience

  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies of Spare parts & Oil
  • Experience in channel development and distribution
  • Experience in customer relationship management
  • Experience managing and directing a Dealership team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Dedication to providing great customer service
  • Excellent commercial acumen

Critical Experience

Proficient in MS Office (Excel & Power point)

Data, Trend analysis & Forecasting skills

Preferably SAP hands on experience

Excellent Written & Verbal communication skills - English, Hindi, Regional language must
