Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
To extend the technical training capabilities for Mahindra and at MILE through training content & Training Aids preparedness, adequate knowledge upgradation & Training effectiveness. Ensuring all needs for new training content are anticipated & capitalised such as Product Changes, New Product Launches, Field / Role Requirements.
- Ensure Classroom Courses as well as certification, virtual courses for Capability Building : Applicable Modules along with Trainers. Responsible for ensuring training adherence and MIS for MILE
- Improve capabilities and technical knowledge of key technician staff at dealerships through New age learning tools, LMS, AR/VR mediums etc
- Responsible for driving and ensuring New Product Training Content for MILE as per product launch timelines & upkeep of Training infrastructure as well as resources.
- Training AIDs : Developing Training AID, ensuring / monitoring availability at all MILEs as per applicability along with Parts & Aggregates
- Knowledge Upgradation : Learning New skills for Training Contents & Upgrade the Courses by staying updated on technical aspects, visits to MRV for knowledge enhancement, best practices sharing. Employ and develop Virtual Training skills to be able to deliver modules for audience

Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering (minimum)
B E Automobile / Mechanical ( Desired)
General Experience
10-15 years in technical roles. Training experience preferred
