Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Experience in leading Team of Manufacturing quality professionals and team Building activity
Engine assembly, testing, machining process knowledge.
Responsible for build and outgoing quality engines for engine assembly line , block/head machining lines
Responsible for conducting product and process audits in assembly and testing (Process audit , torque audit , pokayoke audit , Test bed audit , CTQ parameter audit , action plan sustenance audit) and closure of non conformance with systemic action
Responsible for concerns analysis and effective counter measure (ICA and PCA) at the assembly IQA station/online , testing, user plant , field using quality tools
Coordination with production , Supplier quality , design , SCM , maintenance team for concern resolution
Publishing quality MIS , rework/rejection quality report with action plan
Responsible for reduction of COPQ at plant level
Responsible for ensuring traceability and system data at plant level
Responsible for effective change management in plant
Involvement in new projects to ensure the quality requirements as per PPAP/APQP and fulfillment of key deliverable
Visit to different locations for concerns resolution at Vehicle Plants & Mahindra dealerships.
Strong leadership, analytical abilities, and problem-solving skills
Quality Management System (QMS): Develop, implement, and maintain QMS compliance in plant
Knowledge of TPM QM pillar activities
Knowledge on advance statistical tools and problem solving .
