Head - Logistics

Key Role Areas : 

• Identifying vendors / negotiations / approvals / placement of time bound vehicles / Yard management / reduction in Logistics cost
  • Coordinate with third party logistics from O.E.M side.
  • Sales Order Allocation & Dispatch Planning All India Level.
  • Coordination with Zonal & Regional Sourcing Centre’s / Plants .
  • Responsible for Fleet Availability & Delivery Quality.
  • Timely pick up / movement of Govt Auction vehicles
  • Responsible for Yard management for Passenger Vehicles, Two-wheelers & Commercial Vehicles & Inventory Control.
  • Control of Documentation & statutory requirements.
  • Responsible for Packaging material scheduling & shipment of out bound logistics.
  • Ensuring all the process are followed with SOP and Safety
  • Ensuring maximum utilization of space, manpower, infrastructure, and other resources to achieve maximum cost savings and effective use; maintaining the warehouses and arranging infrastructure to ensure smooth flow of operations.
