Hub Manager - Ops & BD

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1. Operations Management

  • Oversee operations and maintenance of 25 rental machines within the hub
  • Ensure timely servicing, uptime, and optimal utilization of all machines
  • Coordinate with technical teams for repairs and preventive maintenance
  • Monitor operational performance metrics and drive efficiency improvements

2. Entrepreneur Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for 25 local rental entrepreneurs
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships and ensure high engagement
  • Support entrepreneurs in day-to-day business operations

3. Entrepreneur Acquisition (Business Development)

  • Scout and onboard 25 local entrepreneurs through: Data-backed calling, field outreach, referrals and local networks
  • Evaluate candidates for entrepreneurial capability
  • Drive expansion of the hub by identifying new opportunities

4. Training & Capability Building

  • Conduct onboarding and training programs for entrepreneurs
  • Ensure understanding of:  Machine operations, basic troubleshooting, customer handling, business management fundamentals
  • Provide ongoing support and resolution of queries

5. Demand Generation & Market Development

  • Support entrepreneurs in generating demand through: Field demonstrations, local branding initiatives, promotional campaigns
  • Work closely with marketing teams to execute localized growth plans

6. Digital & Social Media Support

  • Assist entrepreneurs in leveraging online and social media platforms
  • Support execution of digital marketing campaigns
  • Enable entrepreneurs to build local visibility and customer engagement

Experience

2-5 years

Industry Preferred

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in [Agriculture / Engineering / Business / Related Field]
