Market Development:
  Focus on achieving predefined sales target and growth.
  Identifying suitable markets for the product.
   Formulate Market strategy for various states with the help of RSMs and track performance.
  Oversee the sales promotion activities of various states and track performance.
  Market intelligence gathering & competitor benchmarking of best practices.
  Designing channel development strategies.
  Keep a track of the competitor strategy and make changes accordingly if required.
 
 Key Distributor Management:
  Plan the distributor & dealer network required for various states.
  Guide the team on selection of the right distributor & dealer.
  Review the distributor & dealer performance on an ongoing basis.
  Develop good interpersonal relations with key dealers for fostering business partnerships.
 
 Sales:
  Formulating Sales budget for the zone/State basis discussion with the management.
  Cascading the sales budget for various territories with the respective Regional Managers.
  Review & monitor performance of the states/Territory.
 
  Team Management
  Lead and manage the team of Regional Managers, Area Managers & Territory Exec’s across the zone.
  Train & develop team members for future growth.
  Build & retain strong team.
  Lead the team to RISE.
