Qualifications

Diploma / Degree Engineer

General Requirements

Technical knowledge of tractors
Effective communicator & change agent
Channel partner, internal & other external stakeholder handling
Old tractor valuation & broker network
Tractor applications & suitable Mahindra and competition models
Tractor feature / technology trends
Field experience in RJ, PB, HR
Open to extensive travel (16 days a month)
